Finale- May 28th to 30th, 2010
After „The calling“ in 2008 and „The meeting“ in 2009 the Tree of Life- triology flows into „The transmission“ this year:
May it be through the increased mediacy of knowledge by workshops, seminars, courses& classes, happenings… the atmospheric „syncronization“ of cultural codes for a collective moment of understanding and exchange the example giving networking and its fertile reciprocity for all milieus the recognition of responsability and the art of a faith- and trustful transmission.
So this is a call to all the artists and actors- teachers, prophets, visionaries, artists, students and to everybody, who feels called to participate actively in the festival (office@seedcamp.at).

Description of the theme
This year´s theme is given its symbolic guideline by the painting „The tree of life“.
The tree of life, which has its spiritual importance in different cultures and myths, serves as the collective focus for artists and audience.
So besides the already traditional main focus on intercultural issues, the eyes of the festival will concentrate on a wider spiritual conciousness.
Through the artistic expression of different movies, music and dance performances, rituals, installations,…. a deeper understanding for the diverse range of beliefs and values should be raised.
In so called „talking circles“ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talking_circle) we will try to get to the bottom of diversity of the existing religious cultures and illustrate it trough different artistic workshops.
Using different techniques of guided meditation we will try to approach spirituality in all its aspects
Dealing with the theme in a gentle way the trees in the scenery of the festival area will play an important role- based on a citation of the lakota- indians:
„Everybody has his tree of life. Discovering it and breathing with it, he will understand that
he himself also is a tree of life.“
